What is this about? Why am I called Ruzie / Streit (Clash)? And what’s with the 6+? And who says I’m even a performance? Hello?! Who wrote this up here? Hello?!… Ruzie / Streit is one long, drawn-out quarrel. This performance for everyone aged 6 and up is a co-production with Theater Basel.

SCENOGRAPHY
The scenography of Ruzie / Streit (Clash) revolves around chaos and structure. At the center is a circular revolving stage on which three identical “rooms,” each with a door, appear one after another. This continuously shifts the relationship between performers and space — as if the argument itself is shaping the environment. By keeping the stage in constant rotation, the space is always changing, making the escalation of the conflict feel almost mechanical. The set is abstract and functional, with simple elements such as coat racks, lamps, or pieces of furniture that change function. Minimal and colorless, it contrasts with the emotional chaos of the performers.
